Video that is recorded in the course of SPIN VIG practice remains the property of the individual whose interactions are being recorded. The video recording is not part of a clinical record. At the end of a course of SPIN VIG intervention the video recordings are deleted, except for the clips used in Shared Review sessions, which may be retained by the person who received coaching.
